Why can't I withdraw money?

This can be due to a few different reasons 🧐

1) You have not earned anything in this payroll period

2) You have withdrawn up to your limit

3) Your company has just done a salary run

4) You do not have a bank account connected

---

1) You have not earned anything this period

Remember that the payroll period is rarely the same as a calendar month - you can see in the app under either 'balance' or 'shifts' what your payroll period is.

A usual payroll period will be for example 20th August to 19th September - any shifts you have taken in this period will be paid out on the 1st October.

Once the payroll period closes, your company will have sent that salary through to be paid out on the first and therefore you will not be able to withdraw money from this period (as you would then get paid the money twice).

So as soon as you take the next shift you should be able to withdraw again

2) You have withdrawn up to your limit

To ensure you have enough money for rent, fitness, phone bills etc. We freeze 60% of your salary to be paid out on the 1st.

So if you have already withdrawn 40% of your earned salary you won't be able to take out anymore until you have taken another shift.

However, we always allow you to take out the first 2000 kr you earn in a given month.

3) Your company has just done a salary run

When your company runs salary they report your salary and send the money to be distributed to your account - thus it is not possible to withdraw from this payroll.

4) No bank account

Check that you have a bank account registered to your account under 'settings' if you do not have one, then contact your manager or HR team and they can help you.
