On the 'Balance' page you will notice an amount that's 'Frozen'. This is the amount we keep for you, so you always have an amount transferred on payday.

❄️ When an amount is frozen, it means that you cannot withdraw that money. The way we calculate the frozen amount is by saving a certain % of your post-tax earnings. The percentage is chosen by your employer, but it is usually 50%.
